Weekly Training Structure

• 3 one-hour sessions offered weekly
• Held across 3 different days
• Attend the session that fits your schedule
• Unlimited sessions available at no extra cost
• Focus: fundamentals, position work, skill development
🤝 Team Practice
Build the Team. Elevate the Game.
• 2+ hours of team practice each week
• Typically Sunday afternoons
• Additional weekday sessions as needed
• Focus: chemistry, execution, game IQ
• Required for Select & National teams
Consistent Reps & Competition
Local league play for additional game reps and development
• Tournament play based on program level
• Optional tournaments with combined rosters across programs when appropriate
Advanced Exposure & Development
• Weekly combine and showcase bootcamp training
• Special guest trainers and coaches offering exclusive clinics
• Broader exposure to different coaching styles and high-level instruction
Safe, Professional Environment
• Clean, maintained, and treated fields with lighting
• Fully insured teams
• All coaches are USA Football certified and background checked
